  • This seems to have confused some. Should I change my strategy and reject things? What should I reject? All requirements are reasonable.
  • MilestoneTwo due this week.

I think the optional requirements and the low priority requirements should be left out of the scope for your project (unless very easy to satisfy). The goals are what they are: goals, not requirements (so a different section in your project). This means they may influence some of your design/architecture decisions, but I don't expect any specific functional deliverables for them. As for the Mantadory-Medium requirements, these are the ones we should discuss (some may be out of scope, and should be classified as low priority). Some current urgent requirements may well be medium or low priority as well. We should revise this together.
