Abstract

Serbian: Da bi unapredili poslovanje svoje organizacije donosioci odluka moraju usklađivati poslovne procese sa ciljevima poslovanja kontinuiranim praćenjem, merenjem i upravljanjem poslovnim performansama izraženim putem mera performansi. U ovom radu je dat prikaz različitih pristupa modelovanja mera performansi u modelima poslovnih procesa. Pristupi su razmatrani sa aspekta struktuiranosti, načina povezivanja sa drugim elementima poslovnih modela, klasifikacije i načina iskazivanja vrednosti same mere.

English: In order for their business to prosper, decision makers must align business processes with business goals through continuous monitoring, measurement and managing of business performances evaluated using performance measures. This paper summarizes some of the existing approaches to modelling performance measures in business process models. The difference among these approaches will be analyzed by taking into consideration their structures, their relation to other elements of the business process model, the classification they offer and the manner in which concrete measurement values are given.
