Micro-Objectives Description

• This page could be used by the project manager to assign some micro objective to someone in particular or to the group as a whole. As well, anyone can post personal objectives to motivate themselves. The goal is just to motivate everyone to reach their realistics objectives. Objectives are a really powerful tool used by a lot of well organised teams/organisations to motivate their members. Objectives have to be precise, realistic and reachable.
